About the Role:

We are looking for an Install Coordinator to join our team at Crown Restoration. We are dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers and creating a positive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule installation appointments with customers
Ensure all necessary permits, materials and equipment are available for each installation job
Communicate with installation team to ensure timely and efficient completion of jobs
Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
Maintain accurate records of installation jobs and customer interactions

Requirements:

Prior experience in a coordination or scheduling role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with plumbing industry and installation processes is a plus
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
